Section VI: Complementary Information
1: Complementary Information
VI.1)This notice involves: Incomplete Procedure

VI.2)Information on incomplete awarding procedure
The awarding procedure has been discontinued.

VI.4)Other additional information:
Due to a delay in implementing other new systems/equipments, we have identified that there would be a lag of many months before we actually require a Wireless Network on our sites. Accordingly I advise that the decision has been reached to SUSPEND this procurement exercise until mach later in FY 2013/14.

I predict that this procedure will be re-initiated in late September by means of a new notice calling for competition. However those providers who have already submitted PQQs and taken forward to the ITT Stage under this notice need not reapply you will automatically be re-qualified to the ITT Stage.

Those providers who submitted a PQQ but FAILED to be shortlisted to the ITT Stage should, if so desired, resubmit their Expression of Interest at the new Notice Stage however I should advise that the criteria for qualification is very unlikely to change so they will need to demonstrate they better understand our requirement and submit enhanced PQQs to qualify.
